Something is wrong with my dog's back legs?

Hi all! My dog, a 4-year-old Chihuahua (male neutered, 11lbs), recently started to lay in bed all day, has a loss of appetite, and it seems like his back legs aren't working. I don't know what's wrong.

This started last weekend. When we pick him up and put him down, he falls back on his butt rather than standing on all fours. He has trouble walking and moves very slowly. While he lays in bed, he shivers a little. I have taken him on walks and let him outside, and he does seem to walk fine, though slower than he usually is.

I took him to the vet on Thursday. They did a physical exam, x-ray, and bloodwork. Nothing was found though.

Here are videos I took of him this morning: https://imgur.com/a/d6rYkEo

Aside from pain meds, is there anything else that I can do or ask of the vet that hasn't already been done?
