Pumpkin Harvesting

Hi folks, wanted to get some help on knowing when to harvest these pumpkins. All the leaves from the vine have died and have been cut off which is why the vine looks so bare. You can still see one of the last remaining leaves, which has since died, above the pumpkin in the bottom right.

So, given there are no leaves left, is now the right time to harvest? Having a look on Google it seemed like one should wait until the vine connecting to the pumpkin looks woody. But as you can see from the second pic they are still very much green. So, I'm not quite sure if I should wait a while longer despite there being no leaves left on the vine.

For additional context I'm in Sydney and these pumpkins started developing around the end of Feb. So, it's been about 2.5 months since they started growing.

Thanks for your help.
