I am in the process of filling out the COVA and have uploaded scans of my two blank passport pages as required. They keep sending it back to me, saying I have to upload two blank visa pages, which I have done multiple times. Is there a trick that I am missing? I've tried to call the consulate but cannot get through to anyone. Any advice is appreciated.

going through my packing l for OCS. context, I am fresh out of basic and only have issued gear. my list says I need a summer bag and a winter bag, but I was only issued a summer bag. how can I go about getting a winter bag last minute? what does it look like? any links or advice would be greatly appreciated.
