Order has been sitting in purgatory for 2 weeks
Hi! I first want to say I love my olive ribbed classic t that just released. But I ordered it with the black one. And the olive one arrived but not the black one. Now the black one e has been sitting in this preparing for delivery for 2 weeks now. And I emailed customer service this past Monday, but I haven’t heard back from them. Emailing with such a slow response is completely outdated IMO. Anyone know how to get a response from them?
