4/11 - I applied Pennington Northeast Mix grass seed in back yard to dry spots and then spreaded Scotts Turf Builer Lawn starter fertilizer in both back and front yard

5/4 - Applied Pennington Northeast mix grass seed to whole back yard and topped with compost

5/10 - Applied Pennington northeast mix grass seed to whole front yard but no compost

This is what my yard currently looks like. Last November the builder did a layer of top soil then hydroseeded it but obviously didn’t come in great.

What are your suggestions? Keep waiting and let the grass seed go? Add more fertilizer? It’s definitely made progress from earlier sprink just not much.
