Dystonia is getting bad again and can’t find a job that fits this niche of a health issue

On top of this I take care of a family member who also has their own set of health issues. If I didn’t have them in my life, I’d probably just end mine at the rate things are going. Things are only getting more expensive and my pain and discomfort just keeps getting worse. I don’t know what to do anymore.

Edit: when the Botox was working I was working a job and felt free, but unfortunately this all ended up not working. Had to leave the job. Looking into xeomin now but Dr. said I’d have to wait til 2 treatments from now, which is like 4 months away.

I have a brother who is disabled who is going to lose his health insurance because a mistake I made with our joint savings account

So I was very recently looking into becoming an official caretaker (or caregiver?) for my brother here in Hawaii who is disabled and started to have more problems (I’ve been looking after him since our parents passed away). He also has a seizure disorder that isn’t completely under control and he also has a learning disability hence why I take care of him and why he couldn’t live alone.

So during the process of trying to become his official caregiver or caretaker, I had to fill in forms about our assets and funds and now since I gave them that information about our joint savings/emergency funds he suddenly is being terminated in about a month.

Somewhere along the way I must’ve made the mistake of not including this information..? I’m not even sure how this has happened, I feel so stupid. But the funds we have in our joint savings/emergency money isn’t even THAT much money, if we paid for my brothers health expenses out of pocket that money would’ve been long gone in months anyways and then we wouldn’t even have any emergency funds at that point.

Anyways, I’m not sure what we will do now. We’ve had a rough last few years since my health has not been great either, I was diagnosed with cervical dystonia several years ago (took a while to even get treatment going and it’s been getting difficult again as I’m gaining a tolerance with the Botox treatments which reduce dystonia symptoms) and I keep blowing out my back from pretty much nothing, my disc has been that bad it’s like the stupid trope in movies where they have a bad back that goes out from anything small, so even my own work circumstances have been chaotically all over the place which left me unqualified for my own health insurance thru a workplace. I too will most likely lose my health insurance which has helped me to also receive treatment for my cervical dystonia. What the hell am I supposed to do?

Edit: I was doing some searching and saw this. ‘If your family member qualifies for Medicare or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) (my brother has SSDI) based on work history, these programs do not look at your savings account or asset totals at all.’ So maybe there is a mistake here, and these Medicaid people aren’t seeing that he’s on SSDI..?

Any side hustles or dystonia safe jobs you guys might recommend?

As the title says, just trying to find something different given the circumstances. Botox has helped tremendously! But it also isn’t a cure for me either, so I’m trying to see what’s out there and you’re all doing to get by
