I have a reason to possibly need to call german emergency services at somepoint in the future, rather not discuss why. But alas I live in another EU country. Hence 112 does not work. Is there a way to do so?

E: I guess I can say that it is for a case where I know a person in Germany is in need of emergency services, probs health, but I could see police, and they are unable to call it themselves.
