What Shinigami are equal to or above Byakuya's level of Shunpo(Flash Step) Movement Speed in Soul Society Arc?
Which ones are equal to or above his reaction speed in Soul Society Arc?
Notes:
*Please indicate what form, arc and reasoning for them being faster in these two categories, if possible. Thanks!
*Remember Byakuya was trained by the Flash Goddess herself.
*Reiatsu level can certainly make one's reaction speed greater, but not necessarily their actual running/movement speed, if helpful.
