Wemby’s turning into the guy other fan bases love to hate. That’s what happens when a seven foot four kid with that kind of length starts blocking shots and making grown men look silly on national TV. Spurs fans, I want to know how you feel about it. Personally I think it’s a good sign. You don’t get hated on for being boring. Every villain arc in this league started with somebody being really, really good at basketball. San Antonio’s used to flying under the radar. Maybe that’s changing. Maybe it should.
