[PA] I am I getting set up?
I made a joke about my well being at work today and got turned into HR. I know the person who reported it and they were genuinely concerned.
The reason they were concerned was my boss got fired around 3 months ago. The plant manager took over the department... In name only. I've been performing the necessary operations to keep the department running. He's been making my life miserable. I can't keep up with his demands.
He's been making me a nervous wreck.
He has a pattern of bullying people into quitting.
I got referred to a counselor and was told to take Monday off for mental health reasons. The HR manager wants me to meet with him and tell him how his behavior is affecting me.
My coworkers told me that I'm getting set up.
I don't even know what that means.
Can someone in HR explain to me what's going on? Do I have anything to worry about?
