Why am I regularly stopped by TSA for a full body scan and pat down?
I have TSA precheck and still regularly get stopped. It's never about what's in my bag, but something with me physically, I guess. I walk through the metal detector, nothing in my pockets, no belt. I am always asked to step through a second time, then they ask me to go into the other machine. The one where you hold your arms up and it spins around you. From there I get the pat down treatment prefaced with, "Is there anything you need to disclose to me, before we pat you down?". The answer is always no. I don't bring drugs or weapons to an airport. Why am I consistently needing to go through this process when in the end I'm clear for flight every single time. I am a skinny white guy, so I don't think it's racial profiling or that i look intimidating. It's happened at Tampa, Phoenix, Denver, St George & Chatanooga. Is this normal for anyone else?
PS: What I learned from you all.
For someone who doesn't sweat a lot, I must have sweaty balls.
My name/face match someone on a watch list
My dick/balls to body ratio is enough to seem abnormal.
My choice of clothes. Eg: Baggy pants, athletic wear, underwear or no underwear.
I look suspicious.
Yes, I am now aware of the podcast. Thanks for rec.
