I have a bunch of lab coworkers who are always leave maxxing. They use up all 12 weeks of FMLA every year. After FMLA is used up, they have intermittent ADA LOA accommodateyions so they can come in late or constanrly call out Fridays and Mondays fo extended holidays.

Im over here slaving away for 29/hr over these garbage refurbished analyzers every other weekend (more like every weekend past month). Management refuses to address the issue or hire more staff. This is for both the phlebotomy and lab processing and mls staff. Its absolutely ridiculous.

They got me drawing patients, processing drop offs, and prepping units for traumas. This is not a one person job!

Ive got a 2.5% mortgage so I cant move, but Im not sure what to do.
