Nukes Damage
As seen on the pictures, I used 2x Level 1 Nukes on 3rd (29x) Carrier Flotilla and 4x Level 1 Nukes on 4th Battleship Flotilla yet my Nukes didn't cause the damage I expected. Can anyone explain why?
