Anyone have experience with Mondo customer support?

I pre-ordered the new Mondo He-Man figure, but when it came in it was missing parts. I reached out to the support link on their site and got an automated "We will reply to you in 2 to 4 days" message. That was three weeks ago. Since then I have sent two more messages asking for an update but have not received another reply, automated or not.

Is this delay/ghosting normal for them? I'm considering just doing a charge back on my credit card just to be done with it.
