Hi everyone, long-time lurker here. I built this wooden rot box to process a small bird via burial, and I want to make sure I’m doing this right before moving forward.

• The bird goes inside the black mesh (to keep bones contained).
• Chicken wire covers the open bottom as an outer mesh.
• The bird will be wrapped inside the black plastic mesh like a bag, inside the box.
• I plan to place a heavy stone on top of the lid to keep scavengers from opening it.

How deep should I bury this setup? Does the design look right? Thanks!
(Note: I am in Sweden, the bird is legal to collect).
