27yo who has no money and knows nothing about anything

Max’d out my RothIRA for the first time last year. Don’t plan to touch it, but I decided to check back in on it after a year and this growth seems pretty good.

My Michigan state tax return indicates I should be receiving $1591. I got $802 refund on Friday. I double checked all of my tax documents, nothing indicates any change in the return. Turbotax still says I should have gotten $1591. I checked Michigan's tax return progress, it only says that $802 has been issued and nothing else. I tried to call, but I'm told there are no associates and it hangs me up. I sent a message on the Michigan portal, who knows if that will get a response. I have no debt at all, no credits or anything, so I have no clue on why they would take half of my return. Any insight?
