I have a very basic HA setup running on an old mini PC, no automations at all currently, just monitoring leak sensors, door sensors, and temperature/humidity.

What is the simplest (prefer diy, as I'd like to learn) approach to adding a single LED to include in an automation (ie, if any leak detector is activated, turn on LED). Would like the ability to scale to multiple lights down the line.
