I have have Maverick already down, then next turn play Shuri. Before playing the card I want in the Shuri lane, I activate Maverick then drop the card.

When the turn starts I see Maverick blink because I activated him first, but then Shuri does her animation, doubles the cards power and then Maverick adds his power to it.

Is this a bug? Shouldn't Mav add power to the placed card before Shuri since he's activated first or am I missing something?
