HOA Hired Arborists to Trim Trees. Arborists Cut Down to the Stump.
Location: Austin, TX
Hi All - I'm more emotional than expected about the loss of this tree. It provided privacy from the complex across the way and bloomed beautifully twice a year or so.
HOA indicated they had hired a team to come trim trees back from roof lines. As in the title, the company simply removed the tree, all of it. Do I have any recourse? Now I have an apartment complex about 50 feet away from me that can see directly into my bedroom.
