I'm currently running a 3060 laptop with an i7 10750H and I'm looking for a pc for Christmas so if you think a part should drop in price by then feel free to recommend it. I would prefer an Nvidia card because I am familiar with the control panel and there's more resources out there for optimization/over clocking or help. I want to play racing gamesbut even on low settings I get Insane low 1% lows and can't average more than 30fps. I play with a 1440p monitor currently running 144hz. If my parents agree to buy me a pc I'll see if its worth it to upgrade to a 1440p 300hz monitor. I am open to a prebuild if cheaper, if not I have a friend who can help me build. Aesthetics don't matter pretty much at all to me. I have necessary peripherals.
