What can I eat that is good?

Hey everyone! Just looking for some encouragement and suggestions. 😞

It's been 8 days since my removal surgery. All I have been eating is broths, plain rice, steamed veggies, baked chicken (seasoned with chicken broth), zero sugar jello, tuna fish (in water), boiled egg whites and I've been drinking water or diluted apple juice. The only thing good I've been eating is a few Teddy graham crackers.

Yesterday I finally had something from a restaurant, it was wonton soup and plain rice. It was decent but still pretty much the same thing I've been eating anyway besides the wontons.

I love food and I view it as a recreation, so you can imagine how hard it is for me to be on a bland food diet. I know it is not good thing and I am trying to change but, I guess I'm just getting frustrated. 😞

I haven't left the house since I got back home from the hospital. I can't eat anything that is good, if you know what I mean. However, I am finally able to walk better with some pain, and can go to the bathroom without assistance. Also I can walk and get my own drinks. But I still have muscle spasms and aches when I stand and walk though, just not a bad as it was few days ago.

Before the surgery I was getting attacks more frequently, so I know it is a good thing that I had my GB removed but, I honestly just miss being able to eat. I miss popcorn, which is one of my favorite snacks. 😞 I realize this is going to be a very long process, but geez!, I would like to eat something good. It's so depressing and also, because I've been stuck in the house.
