Theoretically, they have enough to own 4.89% of Ethereum if they use all of the $502M cash to buy Ethereum at the current price of $1792. Add another $240.09M to reach 5% at the current price. They'll probably reach 5% Alchemy within the next 2 to 3 months at the current pace. It'll take longer if the Ethereum price goes up. It is in their best interest to acquire as much Ethereum at this low price point. Otherwise, it may take 3 to 5 months to reach Alchemy of 5%.

Once 5% is reached, the rate of share distribution slows, and funds can be allocated to more projects/Moonshots. Bitmine would have a fairly large influence on the price and the future of Ethereum. Staking reward is going to be huge with increasing Ethereum price and staking. There is a good possibility of increasing dividends. Their influence would grow even further with increasing revenue, and it seems that their goal appears to be higher than 5%.
