You guys, I feel really dumb. I am in the process of applying for my license in California. I am hung up on the live scan part. Where do you find the live scan form? I tried going to a place to get my live scan done but they said they need the form from the board. I cannot find a live scan form anywhere on the boards website, is the place I went to mistaken? From the boards website it seems that once I submit the live scan, it goes to the doj which then the board can access it. From google it seems I need form (BCIA 8016). I don’t understand why this isn’t listen anywhere on the boards website though. Can someone tell me where I find the live scan form directly from the department of consumer affairs?
