ISO 1 floor, ~2bed 2bath Lakehouse floor plan
My parents are planning to build on some lake property in the next couple years. My mom has mobility issues, so they need to be on one level. I appreciate any advice!
My dad wants to prioritize the kitchen and shared spaces over the bedrooms, as well as a front porch and back deck. The back of the house would face the lake, and the front would face the barn where they currently have living space and stay. Since there are a lot of extra beds in the barn, they won't often host in the new house, just when grandkids come without their parents, or other guests with mobility issues.
