Help
I’m 46 years old. Last Wed (May 13th I got my period) on Friday I was leaving for dinner with my family when suddenly I had horrible, unbearable cramps that almost felt like contractions. We sit down at the restaurant and I can’t even sit in the chair b/c the pain is so unbearable. My husband had to take me home b/c I couldn’t handle the pain. The next day I’m still in pain but had to go to work. The pain was so bad at work I couldn’t stand straight and had to walk slowly. I got sent home. I go to immediate care and they do a CT scan. Fibroid is found which is the same fibroid that was discovered last year by my gynecologist. I send my gynecologist a message and get an apt on Tuesday. He orders an ultrasound. He discusses different treatment plans and says we’ll have a telehealth apt after my ultrasound. Tues night I start cramping and wipe light pink blood, Wednesday same, Thursday i have my ultrasound and later that day bleeding goes from light pink to bright red blood when wiping. Today, cramps, and I am bleeding as if it’s my period all over again. I just had my period last week.
My telehealth apt isn’t till next week. But I’m concerned.
