Calorie counting eating out

Hi everyone,
Fairly new to this group and weight loss in general and struggling with calorie counting.

I’m using the NHS free app (am in the UK) and am unsure how to best enter calories for lunches bought on the go that are not prepackaged so don’t have a nutrition label.

My job and home life is quite busy so I often rely on buying lunch at work, and the cafe area typically has healthier lunches than the prepacked stuff. Today I got a salad box with all sorts of veggies and proteins but am unsure how to enter this into the app. Do we just take our best guesses at ingredient quantities? Or general overall calorie guess?
I know that accuracy is important but homemade lunches everyday is going to be such a challenge!

Thank you in advance for any tips 😊
