I was diagnosed with small bowel Crohn's yesterday. The nurse practitioner prescribed a 4 week prednisone taper, then I go back to discuss medicine options. I have a business trip out of state week after next. I'll be driving 6 hours each way and will have a lot of walking and meetings. I'm not sure how the Prednisone will affect me. Should I see if I can postpone starting it until after I return from my trip, or is this nothing to be concerned about?
