Hi, any ideas what's going on here? It's mostly on the new growth. Thanks in advance!

- Had for a year
- Problems for last month or so
- In an east-facing window
- Water once/week
- Treat with neem oil once/week since I noticed this
- I have other plants and they seem to be fine (apart from one sick monstera and maybe some kind of scale on peperomia)
- Soil - standard houseplant mix
