Issues with Go Engineer?
I'm having some issues with a Go Engineer project manager, but i see they are otherwise highly regarded in what they do. Figured i'd reach out here for some assistance. Initials K N.
We've been having some issues with a non-responsive PM. When attending what was supposed to be our scheduled PDM server install, i had to mention twice i thought i was on the wrong call. Turns out, i was invited to a completely separate clients PDM install.
Now the PM is responding to my emails, and blaming our internal communication as the reason for receiving an invite for a different client. There has to be a massive internal communication issue on their end, but it's crazy, and frustrating, they would accuse us for being at fault.
Emails get caught in spam, and mistakes happen, but i just want to move forward without sitting in an extra meeting to discuss remediation for their mistake.
Uhhhhh anyone i can go to with this?
Edit: I received a response back from the Project Manager Manager, and working through it with them. They to want to skip passed us being faulted for receiving the wrong meeting invite, but can't say there's much to gain for us in acknowledging it i guess. Thanks all.
