These are the only budget monitors in my country, what do i choose? I will be using them for casual gaming and working on my laptop

Also random story, i recently had an eye check up and discovered im a little color blind, i wasnt before but doctor said it happens to 8% of males as they grow older (im turning 30 soon) and that it happens especially to people with colored eyes as they are more sensitive, anyone had a similar case?
