We're being posted this APS. HHT is done. We went through Sirva-registered list of lawyer and pre-purchase inspection specialist. SIRVA says it's paying 450$ and 800$ for the lawyer. In fact, when you speak with people on SIRVA's lists, inspection is 800 and lawyer is close to 3k.

Best part is, SIRVA says the businesses registered with them know what they pay so they don't cover any extra fees.

Anybody else in this situation? How do you work around that?
