Read Before Buying Oura Ring
I have owned an Oura ring for over two years. Recently, I decided to end my subscription. I did not mind paying it at first as my hope is it would help to develop the technology and features. If you do pay for the subscription it does give you a lot of data.
Since ending my subscription, I do not even get basic data such as number of hours of sleep or REM and Deep Sleep hours. While I would understand then only giving the insights by the hour with subscription the total hours I feel should be something that is displayed.
Long and short of it, do not buy an Oura Ring. Many better options that do not put your data behind a paywall.
