Southern Cross and its abysmal PIDS
This is me ranting from Flinders street where I’ve been asked to change at flinders because the boards at southern cross said a train was a craigieburn train but was actually an upfield that I wanted, they put me on the next train to change because they didn’t want people complaining that they buggered it up. I’m now here waiting 20 mins for a train. This is not an isolated issue.
At least once a week since the since the start of the year I have issues with this joke of a privately operated station displaying incorrect train information or having trains just disappear from the timetable. Im not trying to blame the staff they cleary get the wrong information, but my god its by far the worst station on the network. I’m sure glad I’m not paying for this right now because .
