This is a pretty standard home in my area; looking for some constructive criticism!

In short, I'm just looking for some feedback! I haven't had any complaints from any of the realtors I've worked with, but I feel it's always good to get some constructive criticism and seek improvement. My area is full of homes like this, and sometimes I can't tell if I'm being overly critical and staring at them too long or if I'm noticing the 1% of things only other REP will see lol.

Anyways, thank you to anyone who takes the time to check these out!

This is my first time dealing with lens fungus (at least I assume that's what I'm looking at). I found this lens at a flea market for $10 and thought I'd clean it up, grab an adapter, and try my hand with it. It's starting to seem like more work than I anticipated, though. I don't have any professional cleaning services around me, which means shipping it and having it serviced will be $75+.

Is there any way to clean this and make it usable myself? I've seen plenty on removing the back lens, but I can't find any information on the front. Anyone have experience or insight on whether this is going to be doable for a first-timer?
