Got quoted $20k for a sump pump install
30 foot perimeter and pit + pump.
Guy came out, took a look, then quoted $20k.
Only reason we are looking into this is to clear up the water that is apparently in the radon mitigation fan that isn't working.
I feel like I'm losing my fucking mind. No shot this is a real quote, right?
