Is there a way you can use an external controller in Desktop mode?
So, I'm trying to play a game docked that doesn't have controller support. I can play it with a keyboard while docked sure, but I was curious if there's a way to map it to an external controller?
When playing handheld and mapping the Rog Ally's buttons themselves to the game, it works fine. The mouse cursor goes seamlessly to the analog stick, I can map whatever keys to whatever buttons, etc. Everything is great in handheld.
But for some reason, when doing the same thing, mapping the cursor and keyboard buttons to an external controller... It just doesn't seem to do anything? Is there a way I'm missing? Because the settings exist in Armoury Crate where you can just map the external controller's buttons and sticks to a certain key/function, but in reality it doesn't do anything.
