We are new to ecosol, coming from latex. The prints on our banner materials are coming out a little tacky. The materials are rated for eco. Any ideas?

We have an opportunity to purchase a 9210 for a good price (on service, really good click). I am wondering what issues the machine has and what people think of it? Currently our 2 main machines are a 7500 and a Xerox 4100 as a reference if where we are coming from. Thanks in advance
