I am new to using flatpaks in general and was trying to install Dolphin and noticed that the instructions on the download page specify to install as user. I was just wondering, is there a particular reason for that? I am on a PC with multiple users that would also use dolphin so I thought I might would install it via system instead but I don't want it to break.

So, I have tried to look this up and can't really find any solid information on it.

Let's say you have an isp that is assigning dynamic prefixes 2001:0001::/64 and you hand out a suffix via slaac (no dhcpv6) so your address is 2000:0001::1234. Next morning your prefix is changed to 2000:0002::/64 so now will your address be:

1. 2000:0002::1234

or

2. 2000:0002::random suffix
