Rhinoplasty for symmetry—surgeon recommendations?

I know this question has likely been asked a million times, but I specifically need to find a surgeon that specialized in rhinoplasty because I’m terrified of being botched again.

I had a septoplasty and sinus surgery when I was 16 for a deviated septum and sinus infections when I got sick. The sinus surgery helped immensely, but I was unsure of the septoplasty. The doctor that helped me was an ENT surgeon, not a plastic surgeon—but I still expected him to have the skill set to help me achieve symmetry in my septum, as discussed. In the consultations, I asked my surgeon if he could help with the asymmetry in my nose bridge as well, and he offered to shave down the sides a bit. I trusted that this was something in his scope of practice, since he offered upon my inquiry.

After a few months of healing, my sunglasses seemed to sit on the bridge of my nose more crooked and than they did before… additionally, my left nostril appeared larger than the right. I attributed it to swelling.
I gave it a year to heal to make my mind up about the results, and I kept feeling worse and worse about it.

I’m 21 now, and for the past 3 or more years I have been looking back, realizing my septum is even more deviated than before. Since the surgery, I have completely different side profiles on the left and right side of my face because of my nose. My nostrils are different sizes, and my entire nose bridge and nasal tip sits slanted on my face. It’s something I think about every day and it makes me feel horrible about my face. I’ve tried to ignore it and convince myself it’s not a big deal, but always come back to wanting to fix it. I really just want to be happier with myself.

I don’t care what country I need to go to, I just want a surgeon who can help me achieve natural-looking results and symmetry.

Feel free to mention surgeons/offices to avoid as well. Thanks :)
