I’m looking for advice on my incision from wrist surgery (ulnar osteotomy) on 3/11/26. I’m finally healing after contact dermatitis and an allergic reaction (full body rash) from the antibiotics that were given to me.

Now the bottom portion of my incision is healing poorly. The middle scab just fell off and is looking rough. Any advice?
