Colourless bcuz I did this in my spare time at school

I've seen another axolotl oc somewhere in this subreddit, but I promise I came up with him independently 😅

Do you think his abilties are balanced? (twisted and toon) I tried to make him very much not overpowered but this is still my first real attempt at this

P.S. there was supposed to be sheet music on his pants but I got lazy and didn't draw it.. oopsies?
