Hello, so I have two 24 inch tall bookcases. I would like to raise them so they're eye level since I have bad knees and a hard time bending down to look at the magazines I have stored on them. My question is, can I mount them higher than floor level so they are eye level, and must they be mounted to studs or can it be wall anchors. We have put many shelves up throughout the house, however we have not really been able to find studs. Obviously they have studs because it is a newer built house, unless they really screwed up the building codes. What do you guys recommend? Thank you in advance for any and all help!
