I have a 2015 Jetta 1.8 ea888.3 with the auto 6 speed. I think, I'm not sure at all, that it is starting to develop a very faint rod knock. I saw the YouTube video of the guy rebuilding that scirocco ea888 and it sounds similar to that.

Video is first of me driving but with the phone face down just listening to the engine, and 2nd revving to 2k rpm where I can vaguely hear what sounds like knock.

The first video catches the sound pretty well. Either this is what it's supposed to sound like, or it's developing knock and I need to have it serviced now before it's too late.
