betron HD800

Does anybody have any thoughts about these? Do you own these? Have you heard of these? I know these are dirt cheap and super old, but I just found a used pair on Vinted for 5 EUR and paid nearly 10 EUR altogether with shipping. Trust me, I know they are old as hell, but I consider it throwaway money anyway, and I don't mind paying for it. But, I am very curious since I saw a few posts and comments on this subreddit claiming that the betron brand punches far above its price-class.
