Strange Happenings - Alexander
Does Alexander spawn in one of the four spawning points shown on the website randomly? Do each of the four spots have their own independent spawns for Alexander? Does he spawn in all four at the same time? How exactly should I choose where I try and park and wait for him to spawn?
