How can I get this out of my Owala water bottle cap?
My husband’s been using this Owala water bottle and cleaning it regularly- except he never took off this little washer from the sipper (the cap). I happened to fill his water bottle for him once, noticed it, and immediately freaked.
I dismantled it and soaked the thing in vinegar and water for a couple days, but the black stuff is not going off- is that mold? Is it safe to use?
Can I use anything to get it off? No amount of scribbling with a Q Tip or toothbrush is doing anything… :(
