Hi everyone, i've been wondering lately about psychometric tests which you unfortunetly need to perform during your pilot assesment, and main question here is are they really THAT hard to pass as some say, also do they actually really matter for airlines, like it's decisive factor? Mainly asking those who already applied for pilot job.
