Anyway to speed up the breakdown, my neighbors are getting suspicious and it really smells?

Had a bumper crop this year, this is my last batch before the summer heat kills the fruit set. I got 53lbs of tomatoes out before hand!!

Sauce ingredients are salt, olive oil, garlic, a bit of onion, home grown tomatoes, oregano, and basil.
