How could I add mirrors to the Firefly 2.5?

As you can see from the title, I’m hoping to figure out a way to add mirrors to my firefly 2.5.
I haven’t found a good spot to put them yet. It’s very easy to take off the hand grips with just one Allen screw and doing so leaves the bare metal frame. After loosening the Allen screw, you can pop off the hand guard that also holds the grips to the frame.
Has anyone tried adding mirrors to there Firefly yet?
My first thought (as beautifully drawn in my photo) was to take off the guard, put the grip back on and stick a mirror in the hole but I assume that the grip would then be lose since the guard is the actual thing that keeps the grip in place (the Allen screw makes the plastic clamp to the frame).
I’m sure I could just order a bike grip off amazon and then stick the mirror in the frames hole but I’m just trying to save money and not make toooo many changes! 😅
