New to the house this spring, the previous owners took great care of the lawn and I want to keep it going. What are everyone fall plans to have an awesome lawn in the spring?

I was planning on aerating, adding topsoil, and overseeding. Should I wait for the spring to do that?

I am redoing my landscaping and am getting rid of a ton of rocks. Any ideas of where to take them? Or does anyone want them for free?
